The Accommodation

Set in 1.5 acres of its own land, surrounded by beautiful olive and orange groves, our little farmhouse is of typical Italian country design, with part of the building dating from mid 1800's.

The house has many of its original features including the traditional fireplaces, although these now have cosier cast iron burners in place. The furniture throughout is all new, whilst of an older style, it aims to be as comfortable as possible!

All rooms have views across a lovely quiet secluded valley. The house is also detached and therefore very private. The property is easily accessible via a private drive and there is ample parking for any number of vehicles.

First Floor.

Small shaded patio with attractive garden area. Parking.

Bedroom.

Rustic style, homely, comfortable (air conditioned) room with high ceilings, double cast iron bed and set of similar children's bunk beds. Cast iron wood burning stove within original fireplace. Views over secluded valley. UK plug sockets for phones/cameras/etc.

En-suite bathroom.

Modern style with child friendly thermostatic shower, WC and contemporary wash hand basin. Views over valley.

Ground Floor.

Shaded patio covered by an old vine, with original outdoor wood burning pizza oven, and set of outdoor patio furniture seating six. Lovely view over valley, small grassed play area for small children, and an entire world to explore for older ones. Access to private plunge pool with seating area. A perfect place to relax with a cold drink!

Sitting room / Lounge.

Beautiful original vaulted ceilings. Cosy cast iron wood burning stove within original fireplace. Two sofas (both are sofa beds) coffee table. Views directly out of the back door over our lovely quiet valley. Good CD sound system accepting CD, CDR, CDRW, MP3 and USB Memory Sticks. Bring your own sounds!!

Separate Kitchen.

Small modern kitchen. Granite work surfaces. Small gas cooker, fridge, washing machine and all crockery, pots & pans included.

Outside.

Facilities.

All linen & towels are provided *(except beach towels)
Toddlers cot and high chair available upon request

Log Cabin.

Finnish log cabin for two with shower, loo, washbasin, AC and a small ring hob for coffees etc, as an overspill from the main house for teenagers (at a small additional cost) or for couples for long weekends at £150.00 per weekend. Overlooks the secluded valley and the local town in the distance.
